We feel incredibly fortunate at Go For It USA to have two amazing directors for our preteam programs. Nalani Cook, who heads our boys' preteam program has years of experience with coaching and gymnastics, and is truly gifted at working with our competitive boys. Misty Bonds has done wonders with our preteam girls for many years, and has the well-earned respect of her students, parents, and colleagues. These talented young athletes couldn't be in better hands.

Boys who are invited to our preteam program will be instructed on all six apparatus, as well as receiving advanced strength and flexibility training to prepare them for competition. Focus, discipline, a positive attitude, and bringing your best each day will be emphasized.

Our girls will be invited to the preteam program as Dynamos. Here they will begin the process of learning body awareness, strength, flexibility, and the skills that will take them to the competitive level. As Future Stars, they will continue this training, with the addition of TOPs training. Future Stars who are ready will also be able to compete locally at Level 3 competitions.

This is where we begin to teach young, dedicated, talented athletes to dare to dream!
